Hand tied Bouquets

Clean your vessel and add cool water (you can mix up the floral food packet as directed or add a drop of bleach to prevent bacteria growth)

  • Give all stems a fresh cut on an angle and remove any leaves or petals that will be below the water level

  • Retrim stems and change water every 2-3 days

  • Keep your blooms out of direct heat or sunlight to prevent them from maturing too quickly.

  • Remove any wilting leaves, petals or blooms as they mature to keep the rest of the bouquet fresh and lasting longer.

Vase Arrangements

Check the water level when you receive your flowers as some may have spilled during delivery. Check the water level daily and add as necessary.

  • Every few days empty the vessel (while gently holding blooms in place) and add fresh, cool water (can be premixed with the floral food). Keeping the water free from bacteria will help your blooms last longer.

  • Keep your blooms out of direct heat or sunlight to prevent them from maturing too quickly.

  • Remove any wilting leaves, petals or blooms as they mature to keep the rest of the bouquet fresh and lasting longer.

Hydrangea Care

Recut stem daily at an angle with a sharp knife or clippers

If petals look droopy or wilty, then your hydrangea is not hydrated enough.  Recut the stem as directed about and place in a vase of very warm water for at least 30mins which will encourage it to drink quickly and rehydrate.  If that doesn’t do the trick, place the entire bloom in a sink bath of very warm water for an hour and let it rehydrate from the stem as well as the petals.

Cymbid Orchid in vase

  • Make sure them stem is always in clean, fresh water

  • Every few days change the water in your vase (wetting the inside of the vase will help slip the orchid in and out without damaging the blooms)

Tropical Plant Care

Keep soil moist with regular watering using room temp distilled water (fill a container with water and let it sit for a couple days to let all the chlorine evaporate out)

  • Place in indirect sunlight away from any heat sources

  • Tropicals love a good mist with a water mister regularly.

Air Plants

  • Every 1-2 weeks place your air plant in a glass of distilled water for 30 mins.

  • Place upside down on a paper towl to let an excess moisture drip out before placing back in its container

  • Place in indirect sunlight away from any heat sources
