What are your delivery policies?

For same day delivery please place your order before 2pm.  During busy floral times we ask that  you place your order at least one (or more!) day before.  We are not able to guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best not accommodate your request if we can

What contact information do you need for the person receiving the floral arrangement?

We ask you to provide a contact number for the recipient so we can set up a convenient delivery time that someone will be home.  We are offering contactless delivery during this time where we will contact the recipient, set up a time, and then leave the order safely on the step at the agreed upon time.

What do you do if no one is home at the time of delivery?

If we have been unable to contact the recipient, depending on the delivery location, we may attempt to delivery.  If we are unsuccessful, we will contact you the day of or the following day.

Can I request specific bouquets?

Yes, but if you have ordered a specific bouquet and certain blooms are unavailable, we reserve the right to make the best substitutions possible doing our best to maintain the style and colour scheme of the arrangement.

What does designers choice mean?

We will use our expertise to choose the best blooms available to create a beautiful design in the price range given.

What do I do if I want to cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been made, we are unable to cancel or change the order.  Please call immediately if you need to cancel or change an order that has not been processed.
